Role Overview
This is a hands-on execution seat on Moringa School's marketing team: you are the person who keeps paid campaigns actually running, day in and day out. You set campaigns live, watch how they pace and deliver hour by hour, fix what is underperforming, and translate raw platform numbers into reports the wider team can act on. The role matters because enrollment and revenue targets depend on disciplined daily spend, clean funnel tracking, and a smooth handoff of leads to admissions — none of which happen without someone owning them consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter and other channels, keeping delivery aligned with admissions and revenue targets.
- Run routine health checks on pacing, spend, delivery and creative performance, then adjust bids, budgets or targeting directly — or escalate to the Manager when a decision sits above your level.
- Work with the creative and product marketing teams to produce ad creative, landing pages and campaign copy for each push.
- Compile daily and weekly performance reports that convert platform data into plain, actionable takeaways, flagging both emerging problems and upside opportunities.
- Track advertising budgets across platforms, keeping daily spend on pace and reconciling actuals against plan.
- Set up, run and document A/B tests and experiments, then fold the findings into the team's paid media playbook.
- Handle daily marketing automation workflows and CRM hygiene — data entry, lead tracking, workflow upkeep — while monitoring funnel behaviour for drop-offs that need follow-up.
- Coordinate with the admissions team each day so leads move cleanly from campaign to conversion, and support adjacent work including content calendar upkeep, keyword research and on-page SEO optimisation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 2–4 years of performance marketing experience, including a demonstrated ability to run day-to-day campaign operations independently.
- Well-rounded working knowledge across paid social, paid search, budget management, reporting and funnel tracking.
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, including daily budget and pacing management.
- Comfort working with data and turning it into short, clear daily and weekly reports.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple live campaigns and recurring tasks at once.
- Basic understanding of SEO practices, CRM tools and email automation platforms.
- Copywriting ability for email, display ads and landing pages, staying within brand messaging guidelines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and dependable when it comes to recurring operational work in a fast-paced environment.
