- Place special orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries, keeping customers informed from order to fulfilment.
- Use parts catalogues and digital resources to confirm product specifications, compatibility, and pricing for a range of agricultural machinery brands.
- Collaborate with the service, sales, and body shop teams to align parts availability with scheduled maintenance and repair work.
- Apply upselling and retailing techniques to increase the value of each transaction, while actively supporting company promotions and campaigns.
- Analyse sales performance and customer accounts to identify growth opportunities, and prepare regional visit plans based on purchasing potential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of proven experience in agricultural machinery parts sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Formal customer service training is an added advantage.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits and regional market development.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock, orders, and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients.
