Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in your area of specialisation.
- Develop, review, and update course curricula and learning materials to reflect current research, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess student work, set and mark examinations, and provide constructive feedback that supports academic progression.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses, ensuring compliance with academic integrity standards.
- Engage in scholarly research, publish findings in recognised journals, and present work at academic or professional conferences.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance reviews, and institutional committees as required.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their professional and intellectual development.
- Collaborate with external industry partners, professional bodies, and regulatory agencies to align teaching and research with practical needs.

- A Master’s degree in the relevant area of specialisation from a recognised university is required.
- A PhD in a related field will be considered a distinct advantage and is strongly preferred for senior-level responsibilities.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at university level, with evidence of delivering effective and engaging instruction.
- Relevant professional or industry experience in the field of specialisation, particularly where practical application enhances learning outcomes.
- A clear record of scholarly output, including publications, research activity, or professional engagement that contributes to the discipline.
- Compliance with the qualifications and competency standards set by the Commission for University Education (CUE) and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Current registration or membership with the applicable professional or regulatory body, where such registration is required for the discipline.
