📞 We are hiring an energetic and results-focused Outbound Telecaller with a strong hunting mindset to join a fast-paced sales environment based in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on targets, enjoy outbound calling, and have the confidence to convert prospects into opportunities.

You will be working from the DSO HQ Building, Dubai, and will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales outcomes. The position requires a proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to perform consistently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with a strong sales-driven approach
• Pitch services confidently and handle objections professionally
• Identify new opportunities and close leads effectively
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up on prospects
• Achieve daily and monthly targets as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in outbound telecalling or telesales is mandatory
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
