Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for an operational leader capable of translating strategic vision into concrete results — combining team leadership, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Operations Manager leads teams, designs processes, and ensures the organization operates with efficiency, quality, and scale. This is not just a task manager — this is an architect of operational systems.

We're looking for someone with proven cross-functional team management experience and a process mindset that drives standardization without killing agility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop operational teams, establishing clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Design, document, and implement scalable and efficient operational processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and take corrective action when deviations arise.
  • Manage operational budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning.
  • Implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–7 years in operations, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • English level C1 or higher.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with analytical and operational management tools.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability.

WE ALSO VALUE

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or operational management methodology certifications.
