Multiple Construction Positions 4x

Role Overview

RAQ Contracting is recruiting for four positions—Architect, Project Engineer, MEP Procurement Engineer, and Estimator & Document Controller—supporting construction projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Each role contributes a different part of project delivery, from design and engineering coordination to purchasing, cost estimating, and document control.

Key Responsibilities

• For the Architect role, develop and coordinate design information in line with project requirements and applicable standards.
• For the Project Engineer role, help coordinate site and technical activities, track progress, and resolve project issues with relevant teams.
• For the MEP Procurement Engineer role, support procurement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials and coordinate requirements with project teams and suppliers.
• For the Estimator & Document Controller role, assist with project cost estimates and organise, track, and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with colleagues, consultants, suppliers, and clients to keep project information and activities aligned.
• Review relevant drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Follow project procedures, quality expectations, applicable regulations, and agreed deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications
