Mid-Level Accountant

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai Investment Park. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience managing daily finance operations, reconciliations, reporting, and financial documentation.

The selected candidate will support accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, assist with VAT-related tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Candidates with UAE experience and exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, contracting, or construction industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

• Support project costing and financial tracking activities.

• Assist with VAT-related activities, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents.

• Monitor invoices, payments, collections, and financial records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

• Maintain accurate, updated, and organized accounting records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

• UAE accounting experience is preferred.

• Exposure to fabrication, contracting, manufacturing, or construction industries is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
