Finance Graduate Trainee
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
We are seeking recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a professional certification (CPA/ACCA) to join our Finance team as Trainees. Candidates should have at least one year of hands-on experience in Payables, Treasury, or Tax Management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic mobility company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records and report on Intercompany Accounts, Staff Accounting, and other accounts receivables.
- Support bank account management in line with CFAO Mobility Kenya cash guidelines and teller management.
- Assist the Tax Accountant in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, maintaining accurate tax records, preparing tax schedules and reports, and supporting tax audits and advisory assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Recent graduate (2024/2025) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPAK, ACCA) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
- One year of working experience (including attachment/internship) will be considered.
