Description:
Quick Lease Car Rentals is seeking an experienced Lease Coordinator to join its Operations Department in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the UAE car rental, leasing, after-sales, or fleet coordination sector who are committed to delivering exceptional operational support and customer service.
The successful candidate will coordinate lease operations, manage customer requirements, liaise with workshops and insurance providers, and ensure all leasing activities are completed efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of UAE rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily lease operations and ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
• Manage communication with customers, workshops, and insurance providers.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and workshop schedules.
• Maintain accurate lease records and operational reports using rental ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with RTA procedures and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the lease lifecycle.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in car rental, leasing, after-sales, or fleet coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RTA procedures and vehicle documentation.
• Experience handling insurance claims and workshop coordination.
• Familiarity with rental ERP software and operational reporting.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
