Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Rights, Political Science, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage for senior roles).
• Have relevant professional experience in human rights work, legal practice, governance, advocacy, or programme management.
• Demonstrate strong research, documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be knowledgeable in Kenyan constitutional law, human rights frameworks, and democratic governance.
• Show ability to work under pressure, including rapid response and field-based assignments.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to human rights values.
