OVO Luxury Signature is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller / Warehouse Officer to join its team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock management within a fast-paced working environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating warehouse activities, and ensuring efficient stock movement. Applicants currently based in the UAE and available to join in July 2026 are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Zoho Inventory or a similar inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with stock audits.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with Zoho Inventory or a similar ERP/inventory management system is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to start in July 2026.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory management systems and stock control.
• Stock reconciliation and warehouse operations.
• Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory software.
