Role Overview
To Be Precise is hiring an experienced internal audit professional for a 2.5-month contract in Dubai. You’ll examine how projects are governed and delivered, identify control gaps and project risks, and give stakeholders clear, practical recommendations to strengthen oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out audit work focused on project management and execution.
- Review project procedures and delivery practices to assess risk and control effectiveness.
- Identify weaknesses, evaluate their potential impact, and recommend workable improvements.
- Check project teams’ adherence to internal controls and organisational requirements.
- Analyse audit evidence and develop clear, well-supported findings.
- Prepare audit reports and present conclusions to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to discuss findings and support effective project governance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong experience in internal audit, including work on project-related audit assignments.
- Experience managing or supporting audits of project activities.
- Sound knowledge of project management, project execution, and delivery processes.
- Ability to apply audit analysis and produce clear, accurate reports.
- Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Must be currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline is indicated for this role.
