Description:
Marina Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join its professional team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in housekeeping operations who are passionate about maintaining high service standards within the facilities management industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and supporting daily operations while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Monitor housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assign duties and oversee the completion of daily housekeeping tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support the training and guidance of housekeeping team members.
• Maintain effective communication with management and operational teams.
• Address housekeeping issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
• Hotel Management degree.
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience.
• BICSc certification is preferred.
• Must be available to join immediately.
