Role Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily work that keeps guest rooms and shared hotel spaces clean, orderly, and ready for use. By guiding the housekeeping team, checking completed work, and addressing guest needs, this role helps sustain the standards expected in a luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activity, including room assignments, staff schedules, and task priorities.
• Supervise, coach, and train team members on housekeeping procedures and service expectations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas, identify issues, and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation across the property against hotel quality standards.
• Respond to guest housekeeping requests promptly and coordinate appropriate action.
• Help balance operational efficiency with consistent room readiness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising housekeeping in a five-star or luxury hotel.
• Relevant hospitality experience in the UAE or wider GCC region.
• Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping routines, cleanliness standards, and quality checks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and coordinate housekeeping staff.
• Clear communication skills and a guest-focused approach to resolving requests.
• Able to maintain service standards while managing day-to-day operational demands.
• A diploma or degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related discipline is estimated for this position.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
