Role Overview
As a Host Outreach Ambassador, you’ll build relationships with property owners and help them understand how to offer their spaces through NookRental. Your work will take prospective hosts from an initial conversation through onboarding, while bringing their questions and feedback back to the team to help improve the host experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and contact property owners who may be a good fit for the rental marketplace.
- Explain how NookRental works and guide owners through creating a property listing.
- Help new hosts navigate onboarding and take the steps needed to begin using the platform.
- Answer questions clearly and follow up with owners as they consider joining.
- Build professional, trusting relationships with prospective and newly registered hosts.
- Gather host comments, concerns, and suggestions, and share useful patterns with the team.
- Organize outreach activities and manage follow-ups independently in a remote-work setting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with confidence initiating conversations with new people.
- A friendly, dependable approach to relationship-building and community outreach.
- Ability to plan tasks, track follow-ups, and work independently while remote.
- Familiarity with hospitality, travel, property rentals, or online marketplaces.
- Experience or a strong interest in real estate, property management, short-term rentals, or host services is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, business, marketing, real estate, or a related area; a diploma or degree may be beneficial.
