Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent guest service while maintaining professional hospitality standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and service requests.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards for Bartender roles.
• Manage guest bookings and reservation-related activities.
• Support front office operations and ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for Room Attendant responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Guest-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Arabic language proficiency is required for Guest Service Associate roles.
• Relevant hospitality experience will be an advantage.
