ETO Group is hiring experienced hospitality professionals to join its team in Dubai. The company is seeking Restaurant Supervisors, Head Waiters/Waitresses, and Senior Waiters/Waitresses who are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
The ideal candidates will have previous restaurant experience, strong teamwork and leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills in Russian and English. Applicants must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Support and guide restaurant team members during operations.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and company procedures.
• Assist in managing guest requests, feedback, and service improvements.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming dining environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant role.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service standards.
• Fluent Russian and English communication skills.
