Head of Technology, AI & Automation

Wolves International is looking for an experienced Head of Technology, AI & Automation to lead its technology initiatives in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology-driven professional who is passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence, and building scalable digital solutions for the real estate industry.

The successful candidate will oversee the company’s CRM platform across web, iOS, and Android, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role also involves implementing AI-powered features, managing websites, enhancing automation processes, and developing intelligent tools that improve business operations and customer experience.

Working closely with the founders, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy while driving innovation within a rapidly growing real estate brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s CRM platform across web, iOS, and Android.

• Develop and integrate AI-powered features such as smart lead scoring, automated follow-ups, and reporting tools.

• Oversee website performance, updates, SEO, security, and overall functionality.

• Build and implement AI solutions including chatbots and property assistant tools.

• Monitor IT systems and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with CRM systems, web development, and IT infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple technology projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
