Head of Division – Housekeeping

Role Overview

The Head of Division – Housekeeping leads cleaning and housekeeping services across multiple UAE locations, coordinating site teams, staffing, supplies and equipment to keep daily operations on track. The role also serves as a key contact for clients, helping maintain agreed service standards and resolve operational concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and cleaning delivery across several sites, including operations in Dubai.
• Plan staffing levels and allocate personnel according to site needs and service requirements.
• Supervise teams and support consistent execution of daily work across locations.
• Coordinate with clients, address service matters and maintain professional working relationships.
• Check cleaning quality and operational performance against facility service standards.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used appropriately and in line with established procedures.
• Contribute to the effective coordination of wider facilities management operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least five years of housekeeping or cleaning operations experience with a facilities management company.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites; familiarity with Dubai operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, plan manpower and allocate resources.
• Strong client coordination, communication and service-handling skills.
• Practical knowledge of cleaning standards, materials, equipment and facilities management services.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
