Key Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the assigned academic department effectively
- Plan, implement, and oversee curriculum delivery in line with school standards
- Monitor teaching quality, assessments, and academic performance
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and supervision to teaching staff
- Support school leadership in achieving academic and operational goals
- Ensure smooth coordination within the department and across academic teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant subject area
- B.Ed. or recognized teaching qualification is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in teaching and departmental leadership
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessments, and academic monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage academic teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
