- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including tidying shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional areas are correctly set up.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases, handle returns, and manage cash or card transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock levels on the floor, replenishing items as needed and flagging low inventory to the management team.
- Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value while keeping the customer's needs front and center.
- Respond to customer questions about store policies, product availability, and pricing, resolving concerns quickly and courteously.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by adjusting displays, checking shelf labels, and keeping high-traffic areas neat throughout the day.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once without losing attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed to cover peak business hours.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems is an advantage, though training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Proven ability to apply sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling in a real retail setting.
