Finance Manager

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will lead day-to-day financial operations for the Mussafah-based organisation, overseeing accounting, planning and reporting. By maintaining reliable financial controls and turning performance data into clear guidance, this role helps management make informed decisions and supports the organisation’s financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, financial planning and forecasting, and monitor results against plans.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow and expense management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Direct accounting activities, including month-end and year-end close.
• Review financial results, identify trends and explain findings to management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address related information requests.
• Support UAE VAT compliance and maintain effective financial controls.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial management and accounting; a specific number of years is not stated.
• Strong working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting operations and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT compliance, audit coordination and financial control systems.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
