Finance & Audit Manager

Oxo Corporates L.L.C is seeking a skilled and driven Finance & Audit Manager to independently manage audit, corporate tax, VAT, and CFO advisory services for its growing client base in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, client management skills, and the ability to deliver complete finance solutions.

This role is suited for a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of engagements, working directly with clients, and providing strategic financial support. The successful candidate will contribute to service delivery, business development, and continuous process improvement within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute internal and external statutory audits.

• Manage Corporate Tax registration, calculations, filing, and advisory services.

• Handle VAT registration, returns, compliance requirements, and client queries.

• Provide CFO and fractional finance support, including financial reporting, cash flow management, financial controls, and management accounts.

• Oversee accounting and bookkeeping quality for assigned clients.

• Prepare proposals, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Support business development activities and improve internal processes.

• Deliver end-to-end finance solutions while maintaining professional standards and compliance.

Requirements:

• ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification is required.

• Strong hands-on experience in audit, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.

• Ability to manage client-facing engagements independently.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach.

• Experience working in a UAE professional services or accounting firm will be a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and financial management skills.
