Job Description

Role Overview

This role supports the day-to-day coordination of healthcare services and administrative processes, using health information systems to help teams manage reliable, timely information. The position suits someone who can combine relevant academic training with practical experience in a similar healthcare or health administration role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate routine administrative activities that support the delivery and management of healthcare services.
  • Use Health Management Information Systems to enter, access, and maintain operational or service data.
  • Check records for completeness and accuracy, and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
  • Prepare and organise health-related information for reporting and review by relevant teams.
  • Support communication and information flow between healthcare staff and administrative colleagues.
  • Assist with the day-to-day use of computer systems and provide practical support with routine information-management tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health, nursing, or another relevant field.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly Health Management Information Systems.
