Jazal Engineering is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a Mechanical Engineering professional with extensive experience in facilities management and a proven track record of overseeing maintenance operations within GCC projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, ensuring the efficient performance of MEP systems, coordinating contractors, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities operation and maintenance activities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise MEP systems to ensure efficient and reliable performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct site management and supervise maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years of GCC experience.
• Strong background in facilities operation and maintenance.
• Experience with MEP systems and maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong site management, supervision, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of HSE and quality compliance requirements.
