Trillium Health Resources is seeking a professional and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and senior management teams. This remote opportunity is available for candidates residing within Trillium’s approved service area in North Carolina.
The selected candidate will support leadership priorities, coordinate executive activities, manage sensitive information, and assist with governance-related operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to executive leaders and assist with organizational priorities, initiatives, and daily activities.
• Prepare, review, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prioritize meeting requests.
• Organize executive meetings, board activities, and leadership events, including preparation of agendas and supporting materials.
• Track executive priorities, action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities to support effective decision-making.
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive business information professionally.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED with two years of clerical and office management experience, including support for senior leaders or executives.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must currently reside within Trillium’s approved catchment area in North Carolina.
• Ability to travel within the service area when required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and office administration
• Microsoft Office applications, reporting, presentations, and documentation
• Professional communication, confidential information handling, and administrative support
