Role Overview
This role supports the day-to-day upkeep and improvement of the urban environment by coordinating street cleaning, waste services, tree planting and beautification activities. It also helps ensure that environmental policies and assessment requirements are followed, contributing to cleaner public spaces and responsible development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate street-cleansing activities and help monitor the condition of public spaces.
- Support tree-planting, urban greening and beautification initiatives.
- Coordinate the collection and appropriate disposal of garbage and other waste.
- Monitor compliance with environmental policies and applicable requirements.
- Follow up on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and environmental audit requirements.
- Identify environmental service or compliance issues and share them with the relevant teams for action.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Environmental Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
