Role Overview

As a driver for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, you will be entrusted with the safe and reliable movement of people, goods, and equipment across the organisation’s operations. Your daily work involves operating Conservancy vehicles, performing routine inspections, and maintaining strict compliance with traffic laws and internal procedures. This role is vital because smooth, secure transport directly enables conservation activities, guest experiences, and logistical support throughout the Conservancy and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Conservancy vehicles safely and efficiently to transport employees, guests, goods, and equipment to designated locations within and outside the Conservancy.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identify mechanical problems, and promptly report defects, damage, or maintenance needs.
• Complete journey authorisation forms, logbooks, trip sheets, and other transport documentation accurately, recording destinations, mileage, fuel consumption, passengers, and other journey details.
