Role Overview
This role is a hands-on digital performance marketing position focused on planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns for a portfolio of US-based clients. On a typical day, you will analyze live campaign data, adjust bidding and audience targeting, review creative performance, and report on what is driving conversions. Your work directly impacts client revenue goals, so the ability to translate numbers into fast, informed decisions is essential.
You will operate independently across search, social, and email channels, collaborating with internal content and design teams to keep every asset aligned with campaign objectives. The role also demands comfort working across time zones, as you will coordinate with US clients and stakeholders on a regular basis. This is a fixed-term contract running through 31 August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, including PPC, display, and Performance Max buying strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to refine targeting, bidding, and ad placement decisions.
- Execute SEO initiatives such as on-page optimization, content gap analysis, and technical audits to improve organic rankings and site traffic.
- Create and manage social content calendars, schedule posts, and adjust messaging based on real-time performance and audience feedback.
- Track campaign health using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite, monitoring CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Build clear performance dashboards and reports that highlight wins, risks, and actionable next steps for clients and internal leadership.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve landing pages and lead-gen funnels through testing and UX refinements.
- Support email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, automation workflows, and deliverability checks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEM, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns for international clients, specifically in the US market.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data and act on insights quickly.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across different time zones.
- This is a fixed-term contract position ending 31 August 2026.
