Job Description
Role Overview
This role is suited to someone who can build productive customer relationships and explain investment-related products clearly. You will use your sales experience to understand prospective clients’ needs, discuss suitable options and support informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and make contact through appropriate sales channels.
- Ask questions to understand customers’ financial interests and requirements.
- Present investment-related products or services in a clear, responsible manner.
- Respond to customer questions and address concerns with accurate information.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A relevant degree or diploma.
- At least 23 years of age.
- Sales experience is strongly valued.
- An investment-related certification course is an advantage.
