Job Description

Job Title: Administrative and Customer Support Officer

Job Summary

To provide administrative and customer support, manning the reception counter and performing other duties according to defined standards and policies.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Service Management

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Attend to customer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assign leads received from all channels.
  • Be responsible for agent agreements and commissions.
  • Support in the renewal of agreements for existing customers.

Information Security Risk (ISR) Compliance

  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information are maintained by adhering to the corporation’s information security policies, processes, and programs.
  • Stay informed about changes in the corporation’s information security management system and ensure compliance with existing and future information security regulations.

Policies and Procedures

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

QHSSE

  • Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions, and controls are adhered to in order to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/services, and environmental compliance.

Ad-Hoc Requests

  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the direct manager.
  • Train, develop, and mentor UAE Nationals, if assigned.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Administrative know-how
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reports preparation

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent, or Undergraduate with adequate experience.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a similar industry.
