Forever Makeup Trading LLC is looking for a talented CRM Executive to join its Dubai team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about customer engagement and know how to build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat purchases and business growth.
The successful candidate will manage CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS while creating personalized customer journeys and marketing automation flows. You will work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to improve customer retention, increase conversions, and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS channels.
• Create customer segments and personalized marketing journeys.
• Set up welcome, abandoned cart, and win-back automation flows.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Monitor campaign performance, revenue, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or e-commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp, email, SMS, or CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, WATI, or AiSensy is an advantage.
• Shopify experience is preferred.
• Applicants must currently be based in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Customer segmentation and retention strategies.
• Campaign analytics, ROI optimization, and e-commerce marketing.
