Grand Flora Group is expanding its team and is looking for dedicated professionals to fill multiple full-time positions in Dubai. The company is seeking hardworking Cleaners as well as experienced Head Barista/Barista professionals who are passionate about delivering quality service.
Successful candidates should be reliable, committed to maintaining high standards, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. UAE experience is considered an advantage for both positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duties related to the assigned position while maintaining company standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team and adapt to operational requirements.
Requirements:
• For Cleaners:
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Flexible to work different shifts.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• For Head Barista/Barista:
• Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverages.
• Experience supervising and training team members.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cleaning procedures and workplace hygiene.
• Coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Food safety and customer service standards.
