Civil Site Engineer

Midas Building Contracting is seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join its growing team in Sharjah, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with UAE construction experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality site execution and contributing to successful project completion.

The selected candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure construction activities are carried out efficiently and according to project specifications. Candidates with experience in industrial and commercial construction projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site execution and construction activities.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

• Review BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, and verify site measurements.

• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

• Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer.

• Diploma, B.Tech, or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Strong understanding of construction methods and site execution.

• Experience with BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurements.

• Experience working on industrial or commercial construction projects is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Construction drawings and project documentation.

• Industrial projects, including factories, warehouses, office blocks, and commercial buildings.
