Civil Engineer – Site Supervision

Archpix Engineering Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Site Supervision to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction site supervision, particularly those with previous experience working for engineering consultancy firms and managing villa projects.

The successful candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and monitor project progress from site. Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to maintain project quality are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Monitor workmanship, construction quality, and overall project progress.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on technical and quality-related issues.

• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Ensure all construction works comply with consultant requirements and applicable standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil engineering and site supervision.

• Strong experience supervising construction works on-site.

• Previous experience with an engineering consultancy, particularly on villa projects, is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
