A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and strengthen its Finance & Accounting function. This role is suited for a finance professional with strong technical expertise and proven leadership skills who can oversee financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, ERP systems, internal controls, inventory processes, and tax compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Accountant looking to contribute to a dynamic organization in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Supervise ERP implementation and financial system processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Strong experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems.
• Experience with internal controls and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
