CAD Technician

CS Interiors Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Technician to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in interior fit-out or construction who are passionate about producing accurate technical drawings and supporting project delivery.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all technical documentation meets project standards. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop architectural, interior fit-out, and construction drawings.

• Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed plans.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

• Revise drawings based on project updates and site conditions.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and technical documentation.

• Provide technical drawing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician or Draftsman, preferably in Interior Fit-Out or Construction.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:
