Description:
Smart Business Solutions LLC is currently looking to hire a knowledgeable and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in UAE company formation who can guide clients through the complete business setup lifecycle while ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and corporate clients, helping them establish their businesses across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. This position requires strong advisory capabilities, in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, and a proactive sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on selecting the most appropriate business structure (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore) based on their objectives and industry requirements
• Provide accurate guidance on licensing procedures, documentation requirements, and UAE commercial regulations
• Prepare, review, and process all necessary documentation for submission to relevant government departments and free zone authorities
• Liaise and maintain professional relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth approvals
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying leads, converting prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets
• Stay informed about regulatory updates, licensing policies, and market trends to deliver up-to-date advisory services
• Offer comprehensive after-sales support, including license renewals, amendments, follow-ups, and ensuring overall client satisfaction
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of proven UAE experience in business setup consultancy or corporate services
• Strong understanding of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes
• Target-driven approach with demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives
• Excellent client advisory, communication, and relationship management skills
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Dubai
