Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador for Mirema School’s 2026/2027 admissions campaign, you will help prospective families learn about the school and take the next step towards enrolment. Your work will span parent enquiries and follow-ups, school-visit bookings, and in-person outreach at community locations and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Work according to your assigned roster and follow guidance from supervisors.
- Contact prospective parents, answer questions and follow up on enquiries in a timely, helpful manner.
- Represent the school at expos and other scheduled in-person outreach activities.
- Take part in rotating Sunday activations at supermarkets and malls from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Visit designated apartment buildings on rotation to place approved QR-code materials, securing permission where required.
- Invite interested families to arrange a school visit or attend an Open Day.
- Record enquiries, conversations, outreach activity and agreed follow-up actions accurately.
- Represent Mirema School professionally and reflect its Christian values in every interaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field at a tertiary institution.
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Clear spoken communication and the confidence to engage parents face to face and by phone.
- Professional telephone and WhatsApp communication habits.
- Patience, active listening and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Reliability, initiative and the ability to contribute well as part of a team.
