Description:
SLS Production is seeking a reliable and organized Audio Store In-Charge to manage professional audio equipment storage and warehouse operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience handling audio equipment, inventory management, and ensuring smooth equipment availability for events and projects.
The successful candidate will oversee equipment movement, stock control, maintenance coordination, and store organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and effective coordination with project and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the audio warehouse/store.
• Receive, inspect, issue, and return professional audio equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure audio equipment is properly stored, labeled, and organized.
• Prepare equipment for events and project requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Report damaged, missing, or faulty equipment and coordinate repair processes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the audio store.
• Coordinate with project managers, warehouse staff, and technical teams to ensure timely equipment availability.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in audio warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of professional audio equipment including speakers, mixing consoles, microphones, amplifiers, and signal processing equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
