Description:

Aspire MS is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Service Desk Analyst to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for IT professionals who are passionate about technical support and eager to grow in a fast-paced, 24×7 service desk environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing efficient first-line technical support, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems

• Respond to user queries and service desk tickets in a timely manner

• Support 24×7 shift operations as required

• Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions

• Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support roles

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, adaptable, and quick to learn new technologies

• Strong knowledge of:

 • IT service desk operations and ticketing systems

 • Hardware and software troubleshooting

 • User support and incident management processes
