Role Overview
This position keeps Security and ICT installation projects moving from kick-off to final handover. You will coordinate engineers, technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites while staying on top of schedules, materials, and client communications. Your work directly protects project timelines and ensures that every installation is delivered to specification and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations for Security and ICT projects.
- Lead coordination of kick-off meetings, site mobilisation, and day-to-day activities for engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress against deadlines, chase overdue actions, and flag potential delays before they impact delivery.
- Organise site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, making sure teams have the right tools, materials, documents, and site access.
- Serve as the single coordination point for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments, and drive action items from meetings to completion.
- Maintain accurate records: work schedules, site reports, progress updates, variation requests, and completion documentation.
- Manage procurement requests, equipment delivery, inventory reconciliation, transport, permits, and accommodation for field teams.
- Support quality inspections, identify risks and technical issues, and reinforce HSSE policies on every site.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical teams and manage multiple project activities at the same time.
