Description:
A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Arabic QAQC Manager to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned quality management professional to contribute to prestigious residential developments, including luxury high-rise towers and large-scale villa communities across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes throughout project execution, ensuring that construction activities meet the highest industry standards and client expectations. The role is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE experience and a proven background in delivering premium residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all QAQC activities across residential construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and inspection procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain quality objectives.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure work is completed to the required standards.
• Prepare QAQC reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Support timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
Requirements:
• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Minimum 12 years of UAE experience working with Tier 1 main contractors.
• Proven experience on luxury residential developments, high-rise buildings, and villa community projects.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project quality requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• QAQC systems, inspections, and quality management procedures

• UAE construction standards, project documentation, and regulatory compliance
