Job Overview
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the finance department. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in Accounting/Finance.
- Industry Preference: Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry preferred.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
