Hawk Freight Services FZE is a dynamic logistics company based in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team.

Job Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the finance department. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in Accounting/Finance.
• Industry Preference: Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry preferred.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
