Description:

Evara Interior Design LLC is expanding its team and is looking for experienced professionals to fill multiple positions in Dubai. The company is seeking qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality interior fit-out and maintenance projects while contributing to a professional and collaborative work environment.

Successful candidates will have relevant industry experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within project teams. Applicants must currently reside in Dubai and have their own visa sponsorship, as visa sponsorship is not provided for these roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountant
• Maintain financial records, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
• Handle Corporate Tax and VAT filing in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and manage daily accounting activities.

• Civil Engineer
• Manage interior fit-out project execution and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support authority approvals and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

• Supervisor
• Supervise building maintenance, civil, MEP, and fit-out activities.
• Lead labor teams and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor work quality while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience for the position applied for.

• Candidates must currently reside in Dubai.

• Applicants must have their own visa sponsorship.

• Accountant
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Experience with Corporate Tax, VAT filing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting practices and compliance requirements.

• Civil Engineer
• Authorized Person certification is preferred.
• Experience in interior fit-out works, project execution, site management, and authority approvals.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and fit-out standards.

• Supervisor
• Experience supervising building maintenance and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE accounting regulations, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Tally ERP.

• Interior fit-out project execution, Dubai Municipality regulations, and site management.

• Building maintenance, MEP coordination, team supervision, and project scheduling.
