Description:
We are hiring an Accountant/Sales Coordinator to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing both financial and sales coordination tasks in a dynamic agency environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations while also assisting the sales and client management process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial records
• Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and invoices as required
• Follow up on payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Coordinate with clients as well as the internal marketing and sales teams
• Maintain updated sales records, client information, and databases
• Track leads and support sales reporting and performance updates
• Assist with project coordination, documentation, and administrative support
Requirements:
• Prior experience in accounting and sales coordination; agency experience is an advantage
• Working knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle clients professionally
• Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
