Job Description
Accountant & Operations Assistant
We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant & Operations Assistant to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices and manage relevant documentation
- Handle petty cash and prepare daily cash reports
- Record customer payments and assist with bank reconciliations
- Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist in daily operational and administrative activities
- Prepare basic management reports as needed
Requirements
- Solid accounting knowledge and relevant professional experience
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
