Description:
A Dubai-based organization is seeking a Female Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and has strong UAE accounting experience to join its finance team immediately. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and accounting operations.
The successful candidate will manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support audits, and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies. The company offers accommodation, transportation, visa support, medical insurance, and annual leave benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and accounting summaries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with VAT filing and financial audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting regulations.
• Support daily finance operations and reporting activities.
Requirements:
• Female candidates with 2–8 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, or other accounting software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good understanding of UAE accounting practices and financial procedures.
Strong knowledge of:
• Financial statements, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• UAE VAT compliance and audit support.
• Accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
