Description:
Habico Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in the real estate industry who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced and growing organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring VAT compliance, and supporting the company’s day-to-day accounting operations. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports.
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial data using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Support management by providing accurate financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT filing procedures.
• Experience preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
