Description:
Sulemane Faruk General Trading LLC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join its expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices within a fast-paced trading environment.
This role requires strong technical expertise in accounting systems, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates with hands-on experience in inventory management and accounting software will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements
• Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation processes
• Prepare reports using accounting tools and Excel spreadsheets
• Monitor daily financial transactions and bookkeeping activities
• Support audits and internal financial reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of VAT filing and financial reporting standards
• Experience in inventory management systems
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and MS Word
• Indian nationality preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial reporting
• VAT regulations and compliance procedures
• Inventory and stock management systems
